OUR PROCESS
Full-Service Interior Design
From the earliest floor plans to the final furnishings, our team brings the many decisions involved in designing and building a home together.
1. Discovery + Planning
We begin by understanding how you want to live in your home, along with your priorities, budget, timeline, and property considerations. We develop the space and floor plans considering furniture placement, storage, views, and your everyday routine.
Drawings, elevations, modeling, and 3D visualization are created to help you visualize the space before construction begins.
2. Design + Selections
Once the overall floor plan is established, we go room by room. Kitchens, bathrooms, custom cabinetry, closets, lighting, flooring, tile, countertops, plumbing fixtures, hardware, colors, and finishes are considered together so the home feels cohesive from one space to the next.
3. Construction + Completion
We collaborate with Living Stone Design + Build or your builder of choice to answer any design questions and clarify details so that your design vision is carried through construction.
We help select furniture, lighting, rugs, textiles, art, and accessories that fit the space and complement the overall design.

Biophilic design draws on the relationship between nature and the built environment. Because people naturally seek a connection with the outdoors, we weave that connection into every project we design. That could mean large windows and sliding glass doors that fill a room with natural light, living plants that bring year-round life indoors, or natural materials like stone and wood carried throughout the home.
Today’s homes are built tighter and more energy-efficient than ever, which makes the materials used increasingly important. VOCs, formaldehyde, and other emissions from paints, finishes, cabinetry, and furnishings can build up indoors without adequate ventilation. We help you understand your options and prioritize low-VOC finishes, responsibly sourced products, and other health-conscious materials so you can make informed choices about what goes into your home.
Aging-in-Place means being able to live comfortably in the home you love as your needs change. We design around the way you live today while considering how your home can continue to serve you over time, drawing on Certified Aging-in-Place principles to make spaces safer, more accessible, and easier to navigate without sacrificing the design.
