Designed with an excellent flow for large-scale entertaining and seamless aging-in-place accessibility, the home features four covered porches that harmoniously connect the interior spaces with the outdoors. We provided comprehensive interior design help throughout the build, integrating stunning custom cabinetry and low-VOC finishes.
Casa Bonita also secured a Silver Award for Best Kitchen, showcasing our commitment to top-tier kitchen interior design. Because we prioritize wellness above all else, the home earned rigorous Energy Star and Wellness Within Your Walls certifications, and was outfitted entirely with non-toxic home furnishings sourced from our partners at Atelier Maison & Co.
Hidden Falls: Best Design Detail
Winning the Gold BALA for Best Design Detail, Hidden Falls perfectly balances moody tones and soft textures, featuring dramatic black-and-wood custom cabinetry and a serene, spa-like primary suite. The judges were captivated by bespoke details that elevate the home, including a central pneumatic elevator wrapped in a custom spiral staircase and a sunken exterior fire pit.
