PACE–Promoting Advertising and Construction Excellence recognizes the best of the best in local homebuilding industry. The Interior Merchandising and Design Category was judged on the use of color, texture, materials, interior space, furnishings, accessories, window and wall treatments , creativity, overall appeal and function of layout and design.
